Our support team monitors our services 24/7 and is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Support is closed on all major US holidays.
AFTER HOURS AND WEEKENDS: In the event of a mission-critical outage, emergency support is available 24/7 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This will activate a cell phone alert to team members for response.
